Additional work is anything outside the scope of the original service requested.
This is normally requested when a cleaner has identified areas that require work during an inspection of the property. Additional work can be requested before or during the completion of a service.
Where possible, Whizz provides an estimated cost for completion and requests approval from the Property Manager via email. If approved, the work is completed during or directly following the original service.
